Overview
Due to the nature of our products our refund and returns policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 Hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned Due to their consumable nature and health and safety concerns.
Non-returnable items:
- Juices
- Disposables (unless product is verified as unusable/Defective within 48 hours of purchase)
- Opened/Used products
- Used Coils
- drip tips (mouthpieces)
- tanks/atomizers that have been filled with liquid or used
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Due to the fact that vape products are unsellable after they have been initially opened we do not offer refunds on working products. If you have a issue with your product and it has been verified as defective or damaged we will simply replace the product at no additional charge (please see Exchanges Policy for details.)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wildboys.ca or visit us at our store at #104 8344 Young Rd Chilliwack BC within 48 hours of purchase and we will happily replace the product at no additional charge.
